Reservations & Payments

Please use the Book Now button at the top of the page to reserve your site online.

Reservations are secured with a credit or debit card through our online system. Cash payments are not accepted.

Yes. Firefly assigns each reservation a Lookup Code. You’ll find it in your confirmation email and can use it to pay balances or manage your stay.

Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival are refundable (minus processing). Less than 14 days, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable. No weather refunds.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 Noon.

Rates & Stays

Yes — monthly stays are available. Please check the Book Now page for current monthly rates and availability.

Amenities

Yes — free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. It’s great for checking email or browsing, but not designed for heavy streaming or video calls.

Yes — our on-site laundry room has coin-operated washers and dryers.

Yes — clean, modern restrooms and showers are available.

Yes — Wagon Train is pet-friendly! We have a designated dog park for off-leash play, plus plenty of open grassy areas for on-leash walks. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash outside the dog park, cleaned up after promptly, and non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, mixes not accepted). Monthly stays are capped at 2 pets.

Yes — families are welcome. The park has open space and a safe, quiet atmosphere right off I-20. Children must be supervised at all times.

Yes — the park has picnic tables, a covered pavilion, and a community fire pit and gas grill for all guests to enjoy.

Small propane or gas fire pits are allowed at your site. Wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. At the pavilion, guests are welcome to use the large community fire pit and the charcoal grill.

Absolutely! We have no length limits — all sites are designed to accommodate even the largest Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels. Our entrance sits directly off the I-20 service road, giving you plenty of space for a wide, easy turn into the park. Inside, you’ll find wide gravel drives and spacious pull-through sites that make setup stress-free.

Policies

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.

Each site allows 2 vehicles (including motorcycles). Vehicles must be parked on your RV pad, not grass or roads. Extra parking is available — ask management.

No — ATVs, dirt bikes, and similar off-road vehicles are not permitted. Golf carts may be used responsibly by licensed drivers for transportation only.

 

The pond is fully stocked for catch-and-release fishing, but it is not for swimming. Please do not feed the ducks, and children must not play near the pond unsupervised.
