I came in an emergency situation. Everyone was super helpful. There’s a catch and release fishing pond with some NICE size fish!! My daughter had a blast! Showers and laundry room are super clean. There’s not a 10yr rv rule here. The park is well maintained. Close to First Monday in Canton. Just up the I20 to Yesterland and the Splash Park. About an hour to Dallas. Less than an hour to Tyler.

Awesome place to stay. We research places for hours sometimes, and we rely heavily on reviews to pick where we go and what we do. Then we hope for the best till we get where we are going. It was a 3 hour drive to get here, and for anyone pulling a travel trailer, you know the trip can be nerve-wracking at it best and you can only hope the spot you picked out is a good one. We were about halfway here when Gayle called us and let us know she had several sites open that we would probably like much better than the one we picked out. We had chosen a back in site in the back of the park, and while it was still a good site, the one she recommended was much better. My wife told her this was our first excursion with an rv, and she told us that if we needed help, her husband would be more than happy to help us set up if we needed it. The park was clean and peaceful, and the sites were well maintained. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We came to visit the first Monday trade days, and it only takes about 10 minutes to get there from here. We had an awesome stay, and I highly recommend Wagon Train to anyone looking for a place to set up for the event.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I stayed here for 2 months while working in the area and Karen and David were awesome the entire time. The place was always clean and organized. The spaces are wide with plenty of room to pull through. I'd recommend this place for 1 night stays, long term and anything in between. If I'm back in the area I will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this park! It is so immaculately kept! It is so quiet and peaceful. The spaces are decent and level. Nathan, the camp host and maintenance guy is wonderful. He'll help with anything and showed us around the lake and all the different ducks. Highly recommend this park! What a relaxing stay 🤩
